All Intake Forms are electronic and must be completed prior to your first appointment.
Massage and Bodywork Therapy is part of Allied Health Occupations.
HIPPA rules apply to all clients’ personal information.
If you wish to book for someone else, you may not use your personal account to schedule.
Please call or email to book for someone else.
You will need to provide the client’s first & last name, email address and cell phone number to book for someone else.

*NO TIPS — Page 31 of Rules and Regulations • Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy, Section .0600 “Massage and Bodywork Therapy Schools” states: 0626 STUDENT COMPENSATION PROHIBITED. A student shall not receive a fee, tip or other consideration for the massage and bodywork therapy they perform while completing clinical requirements for graduation, whether or not the school charges a fee for services provided in a student clinic.
Look for the word “Student” in the service name to work with a Student Practitioner.

All LMBT’s providing Massage and Bodywork Therapy at The Healing Arts and Massage School are Licensed Graduates of The School. While each LMBT received the same foundational education, their areas of interest, length of experience and Continuing Education varies among each LMBT.
