Ethics: Mastering the Client Experience - 4 CE hours (Tuition $135)

Course expands student’s skills at defining and communicating boundaries with clients. Students will list common conversations where boundary scripts are needed. Students will identify current scripts and evaluate current language used in client conversations. Students will create and practice new scripts designed to communicate clearly and to enforce their policies and ethical standards. Participants will obtain constructive feedback following presentations.
