This Centering and Grounding for Massage Practitioners course enhances the practitioner’s ability to maintain focus and kinetic energy balance during sessions through the integration of centering, grounding, and movement activities. Participants will explore functional body positioning, breath control, and movement techniques to support balance and prevent strain. Through hands-on practice, they will analyze and refine their stances, promoting effective client care while maintaining the therapist’s physical well-being.
